Today im going to the natural history museum to go check out the baja exhibtion. and im loooking forward to it im rather excited to check it out, since there has been alot of talk about it in class!!
so yesterday was my most productive day ever!!!! i woke up early took my car to go get smoged!!! (and it passed horray!!!) then i went to the dmv to pay my resistration. afterwards i went to finish taking a couple of more pictires for my book. then i went to school and was there for about 4 hours. but i finally finished my book and i order it! sweeeet! then i went into work and came home to sleeeep! i love when i get things done!!!! all that is left to do this week is go to those art galleries!!!!
So far i have about 8 pictures completed for my book and i like the way that it is turning out. one each two page spread one picture will be or people and the second page will be alcohol. One of those two pictures will be in color and the other will be mostly in black and white.
so i decided that i’m going to do my book on turning 21. i think it is a big milestone and it is also really exciting. me and my friends all turned 21 and expericing all that comes with it!
okay so i finally finalized on an idea for my book. i decided that im going to do my book on being 21. i think it would be cool becasue me and my friends just turned 21. so im going to takes pictures of the new drink that we order and all the cool stuff we can finally do. and it is a big milestone and it would be cool to order a couple of the books when they are done and give them to my friends for christmas and show them all the stuf we did this year on our big two one.
portraits! im thinking on doing my book on portraits. i ve always liked taking pictures of people. i think i will take try and be creative while i take pictures of their faces. im not sure how yet but i think i will try some stuff! or possible some nature stuff , im not quite sure yet! or if not i was also thinking of nature, because it is kinda cool sometimes.
or maybe nature?!
WOW !! so the video that we saw tonight was a little intense in a good way. this guys pictures were very powerful. he is a war photographer and he wants his pictures move people. but his pictures do more than just that they tell sad stories of what is really going on. in one situation he had taken a picture of a father with had lost an arm and a leg and the story of the mans struggles was published. readers had read what his living situation in poverty was like. after the story was published a flood of donations came in to help the man. and now the man and his family live on the country side with all the basic necessaries.
